Return & Refund Policy – All Sales Final

At Max Furniture, we pride ourselves on offering quality products at exceptional value. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our “All Sales Final” policy is for items that are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Reports must include clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

3. Local Pickup Orders

  • All pickup orders must be collected within 15 days of purchase.

  • Orders not picked up within 15 days will be cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Restocking fees will be deducted from any store credit issued.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery includes drop-off only unless setup is purchased.

  • Customers must inspect all items upon delivery and sign to confirm they are received in good condition.

  • Once accepted, the sale is considered complete.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before delivery or pickup.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Max Furniture is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or relocation by the customer.

  • Fit issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
